The customer accepts full responsibility for safe handling, storage, risk assessment, research use and disposal of all products.

RP Peptides assumes that customers are familiar with the research materials being purchased and that they have independently determined suitability for their intended lawful research purpose before placing an order.

Product descriptions, purity references, batch information, certificates of analysis, technical information and storage information are provided for research identification, analytical reference and quality-control purposes only.

They do not constitute a guarantee of suitability for any medicinal, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, nutritional, veterinary, human, animal or personal-use purpose.

Customers must independently verify all technical information, analytical measurements, laboratory procedures and suitability before using any product in a lawful research setting.

We may also refuse service where a customer requests human or animal use guidance, administration guidance, personal-use recommendations or medical advice.

Where customer communications, order behaviour, account activity or other information gives RP Peptides reason to believe that products may be misused, we may decline the order, restrict the account or refuse future service.

Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

An order is not accepted until it has been confirmed and dispatched by RP Peptides. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch.

Where payment is made by bank transfer, the customer must use the correct order reference. Failure to provide accurate payment references may delay dispatch.

Credit terms, payment methods and order acceptance remain at the discretion of RP Peptides unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

RP Peptides reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, technical faults, pricing mistakes, stock errors or website glitches at any time.

If an order is placed at an incorrect price, with incorrect product information, due to a technical error, or during a website malfunction, we may cancel the order, refund the customer or contact the customer with available options.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, images and technical information may be updated without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. RP Peptides is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details supplied by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, customs, operational disruption or events outside our control.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, non-collection or incorrect address information, additional postage or handling charges may apply. Where a parcel is returned by a courier, any refund or replacement may be delayed until the parcel is received back and inspected by RP Peptides.

Customers have the rights provided by applicable UK consumer law.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and laboratory materials, RP Peptides may be unable to accept returns of opened, used, unsealed, damaged, temperature-compromised, tampered-with or incorrectly stored products.

Returned goods must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and suitable for safe inspection. Customers must contact us before returning any product.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds where a customer has purchased a product for a prohibited purpose or has misunderstood the research-only nature of the product after purchase, provided the product was accurately described and supplied.

Refunds may be considered where a parcel is confirmed as missing, where an item is defective, where an order is cancelled before dispatch, or where RP Peptides is legally required to provide a refund.

Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery. Any damaged, missing, defective or incorrect items should be reported to RP Peptides as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging, product and delivery label where applicable.

RP Peptides may request evidence before offering a replacement, refund, exchange or further support.

Storage information is provided for research material integrity only and does not constitute personal-use guidance.

Customers are responsible for storing, handling and disposing of all products safely and lawfully in accordance with appropriate laboratory procedures, safety standards and applicable regulations.

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be imported, possessed, stored and used in their country or jurisdiction.

RP Peptides is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, duties, taxes, import refusals, regulatory restrictions or losses outside our control.

The fact that information is available on this website does not mean that any product is lawful, suitable or available in every country or jurisdiction.

Products may not be resold, relabelled, repackaged, redistributed, advertised or supplied to consumers without our prior written consent and without full compliance with applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, RP Peptides’ liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold RP Peptides harmless against claims, losses, damages, penalties, enforcement action, costs or expenses arising from misuse, unlawful use, prohibited use, resale, misrepresentation, unsafe handling or breach of these Terms.

Where a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal is raised after goods have been dispatched, RP Peptides reserves the right to provide evidence of order confirmation, delivery, customer acceptance of research-only terms and communication history to the payment provider.

If a customer breaches these Terms, RP Peptides may suspend or terminate account access, refuse future orders, cancel pending orders, restrict customer support or take any other lawful action available to protect the business, customers and compliance position of RP Peptides.

Where a customer’s breach causes loss, damage, regulatory concern, third-party claims or operational costs, the customer may be responsible for those losses to the extent permitted by law.

RP Peptides is not liable for delay, failure, interruption or inability to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include courier delays, customs delays, stock shortages, supplier delays, postal disruption, strikes, technical failures, payment-provider disruption, extreme weather, fire, flood, civil disruption, war, terrorism, pandemic, legal restrictions, regulatory changes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for making their own alternative arrangements where time-sensitive research requirements are affected by circumstances outside our control.

All website content, branding, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, layouts and design elements are owned by or licensed to RP Peptides and may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, republished, mirrored, redistributed or reused without written permission.

RP Peptides processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using this website, placing an order or contacting us, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

This policy establishes the internal procedures used by Wellcore Innovations Ltd trading as RP Peptides to support the research-only presentation and supply of its products.

It applies to all directors, employees, contractors and other persons responsible for:

  • Managing collections, navigation and marketing materials.
  • Responding to customer enquiries.

Roles and responsibilities

Policy owner

The policy owner is responsible for maintaining this policy, coordinating reviews and ensuring identified actions are assigned and completed.

Website approver

The nominated website approver must review material changes to product titles, descriptions, collections, educational content, banners, menus, FAQs and policy pages before publication.

Product reviewer

The product reviewer must confirm that each proposed product is suitable for the business’s research-only supply model before it is activated or published.

Customer support team

Customer support personnel must follow the approved response templates and escalate prohibited-use enquiries in accordance with this policy.

Directors and management

Directors and management retain overall responsibility for approving higher-risk products, responding to legal advice and ensuring sufficient compliance resources are available.

  • Does not refer to recovery, healing, fat loss, muscle growth, anti-ageing, performance enhancement, wellbeing or expected personal outcomes.
  • Does not describe products as medicines, supplements, treatments or consumer health products.
  • Uses descriptive scientific product names rather than marketing-led names where possible.
  • Clearly identifies products as Research Use Only and Not for Human or Animal Consumption.
  • Accurately distinguishes laboratory research from clinical evidence.

Product review process

Every new product, formulation or material product change must be reviewed before publication or sale.

Product review checklist

  • Confirm the scientific name, composition, quantity, concentration and physical form.
  • Confirm whether the product format is compatible with the research-only supply model.
  • Review whether the product resembles a finished consumer, medicinal or administration-ready format.
  • Confirm that the title is descriptive and does not rely on a marketing name.
  • Review the description for molecular characteristics, receptor interactions, biochemical pathways, published research and laboratory applications.
  • Remove claims relating to personal benefits or expected outcomes.
  • Confirm that product imagery and packaging do not imply human use.
  • Confirm that batch, testing and Certificate of Analysis information is accurate.
  • Confirm whether legal or specialist review is required.

Higher-risk products

Products presenting a higher compliance risk must not be published until they have been reviewed and approved by a director and, where appropriate, an external legal or regulatory adviser.

Higher-risk indicators may include:

  • Finished consumer-style dosage forms.
  • Administration-related accessories.
  • Automatic preparation-product bundling.
  • Names or imagery suggesting personal outcomes.
  • Products subject to uncertain or changing legal status.
  • Products that have generated repeated personal-use enquiries.

Customer support guidance

Customer support may assist with orders, payment, dispatch, delivery, product identification, batch documentation and general website enquiries.

Staff must not provide advice concerning:

  • Administration or injection.
  • Mixing or reconstitution.
  • Ingestion, inhalation or topical application.
  • Treatment protocols or medical conditions.

Approved dosage response

Thank you for contacting RP Peptides. Our products are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. We cannot provide dosage, administration, treatment or personal-use guidance.

Approved mixing or preparation response

RP Peptides cannot provide personalised mixing, reconstitution, preparation or administration instructions. Researchers are responsible for establishing and validating suitable laboratory procedures for their own lawful research protocol.

Approved expected-outcome response

We cannot advise on expected effects, outcomes or personal use. Product information is provided solely for laboratory research, analytical reference and product identification.

Escalation response

We are unable to assist with this request because it concerns a prohibited use under our research-only supply policy. We may be unable to process or continue supporting an order where the intended use appears inconsistent with that policy.

Where a customer indicates actual or intended personal use, the enquiry must be recorded and escalated to the nominated compliance contact before the order is fulfilled or further guidance is provided.

Records and evidence

Wellcore Innovations Ltd trading as RP Peptides must retain sufficient evidence to demonstrate that its compliance procedures are active and regularly applied.

Records should include:

  • Product review and approval records.
  • Website and content approval records.
  • Previous and current versions of key policies.
  • Legal and regulatory advice.
  • Compliance action trackers.
  • Staff training and acknowledgement records.
  • Escalated customer enquiries and decisions.
  • Product removal or restriction decisions.

Records should be dated, attributable to the relevant reviewer and retained in a controlled location accessible to authorised staff.

Incident and concern escalation

Any employee or contractor who identifies a possible compliance concern must report it promptly to the policy owner.

Examples include:

  • Personal-use statements made by a customer.
  • Unapproved website content being published.
  • Incorrect or misleading product information.
  • A product being automatically bundled inappropriately.
  • A removed product remaining publicly purchasable.

  • Evidence of unsafe, unlawful or prohibited use.

Immediate actions

  1. Record the concern.
  2. Preserve relevant evidence.
  3. Pause the affected content, product or order if appropriate.
  4. Escalate to the policy owner or director.
  5. Obtain legal advice where required.
  6. Record the decision and corrective action.

Staff training and acknowledgement

Relevant staff must receive training before carrying out website, product, marketing or customer-support responsibilities.

Training must cover:

  • The research-only business model.
  • Prohibited customer-support guidance.
  • Approved customer-response templates.
  • Website and product approval procedures.
  • Escalation and record-keeping requirements.
  • Changes resulting from legal or regulatory review.
